Full Service Wedding Planner Package
$2,000 and up depending on selections.
Whatever you need to have done to make your dream wedding happen, our experienced wedding planners can help bring it together for you! Our Full-Service Wedding Planner Package can include taking care of anything you might need, from getting your wedding rings to booking your honeymoon stay and wedding venue; buying a wedding cake; ordering flowers; hiring a videographer, photographer, wedding officiant and musician for your wedding; and coordinating the clean-up after your reception is over. The overall package cost depends on what services you select, so you can generally create a package that will fit your budget and requirements. Basically, we're here to take care of your wedding's many details so that you don't have to.
An Elopement or Intimate Wedding Ceremony at Your Chosen Outdoor Location
$750 and up depending on selections.
We can provide everything you will need for an elopement or intimate wedding ceremony, including a large 20'x30' white frame tent or a smaller 13' square gazebo shade structure, which our wedding planners will arrange to be set up at an outdoor location of your choice in or near Lake, Napa and Sonoma Counties in Northern California. You can also add the services at their usual rates of an ordained wedding officiant to help you prepare and then perform your intimate wedding ceremony, as well as a classical guitarist to play beautiful music for your wedding and a professional photographer/videographer to record your special wedding moments so that you can share them with those who could not attend.
Day-Of Wedding or Party Coordination Package
$1,500 per event coordinated
For the on-site coordination of an elaborate wedding, party or other special event, we can provide an experienced wedding and event planner to coordinate your special day properly. In addition to being there at your wedding, rehearsal, reception or other special event as the point person to make sure things go smoothly, our day-of event coordination services also include an advance virtual consultation, creating an event timeline and confirming event details with the vendors you have selected. Let our professional organizers take the stress off you and do all the on-site coordination of your wedding or other event so that you can fully appreciate and enjoy your special day!
